This Privacy Policy explains how Sunday collects, uses, and protects your data.
Who we are
Sunday is a work-management platform operated by Netconnect. We act as the data processor for the content your organization stores in Sunday; your organization (the workspace owner) is the data controller for that content.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, optional phone / job title), the work content you create (tickets, comments, projects, leave and overtime records, evaluations), and basic technical logs (IP address, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How we use it
To provide the service, authenticate you, send operational notifications you have not opted out of, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.
Sub-processors
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run Sunday — cloud hosting and object storage (Bunnyshell / MinIO), identity (Keycloak), and email delivery (SMTP). Each processes data only to provide its function.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account it is soft-deleted immediately (you can no longer sign in) and purged after a 30-day grace period. Some records may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business records held by your workspace owner.
Your rights
You can access and export your personal data at any time from Settings → Profile (“Export my data”), correct your profile, and delete your account (Settings → Profile). If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the rights to restriction, objection, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Cookies & storage
Sunday uses only essential browser storage to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking.
