Terms of Service
By using Sunday you agree to these terms.
The service
Sunday is a work-management platform provided on an “as is” basis during this beta. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and any API keys secure. An API key authenticates as you — do not share it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Sunday to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other workspaces.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you put into Sunday. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. We handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability (beta)
This is a beta service. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sunday and Netconnect are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited as set out in any separate agreement with your organization.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Netconnect's place of business. For questions, contact your workspace administrator or Netconnect support.
